The Highlights
A selection of experiences that define our Reims escape
- art, flavor, and timeless French elegance.

The lively and generous cuisine of a Chef who no longer holds back nothing.
Executive chef of Domaine Les Crayères, Christophe Moret does not shy away from his pleasure in delivering his vision of one of the most beautiful cuisines in the capital of Kings and Champagne, sometimes gastronomic at the restaurant Le Parc crowned with 2 stars in the Michelin Guide, then spontaneous at the Brasserie Le Jardin, which happily displays the only Bib Gourmand in Reims.

After honing his skills alongside renowned figures in French gastronomy such as Yannick Alléno, Stéphanie Le Quellec, and Daniel Boulud, Benjamin began his immersion in Champagne, heading the kitchen at La Briqueterie for two years. He now invites you to discover his cuisine: a cuisine that is modern, vibrant, and surprising.

The pleasure of coming to Reims should encompass the discovery of an exceptional estate, an unforgettable visit to the Pommery cellars, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the Villa Demoiselle, a true gem of Art Nouveau.
Pommery Vranken
Private guided visit of the caves + gastronomic dinner in 3 courses with champagne pairing.

Veuve Clicquot
"Only one quality,
the finest."
Champagne is a wine of legend. The entire history of the Veuve Clicquot House is marked by mythical wines, all of which respect the demand for quality that was the force that drove Madame Clicquot. True to this heritage, the House is proud of its motto: "Only one quality, the finest."

A celebration of cozy moments, shared meals, and creative connection.

Accommodation
Our stay will be in a charming house with nine comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. While it's not a luxury property, it offers the perfect setting for our painting sessions -
- spacious, bright, and relaxed.
We'll share the dining room for breakfast and enjoy seasonal meals prepared by a private chef.
If you wish to upgrade your stay, we'll be happy to assist with arrangements at an additional cost.

Maricela Del Rio
Mexican artist based in Brussels since 2014.
Through my guidance, guests will explore painting à la française, inspired by Monet.
We will create one expressive artwork during the retreat and a small art card. A beautiful memory of your artistic journey. It will be a moment to slow down, reconnect, and paint surrounded by art, nature, and wine!. We'll work with acrylics and oil pastels on a 30x40cm canvas.
It will not be about perfection, but about presence - feeling the softness of light, the charm of imperfection, and the joy of painting as the French once did: with freedom, pleasure, and a touch of magic.
