Satisfaction Guarantee

• The retreat will proceed only if at least  8 participants register.  

• The deposits made according to the schedule above are non-refundable.

• Only guests 18+ are welcome to the retreat.

• Non-Painting Guests: If you wish to attend with a partner who will not participate in the painting sessions, please contact us for a tailored rate. 

Cancellation Policy

• Should you decide to cancel after paying the 200€ booking payment and before the group is confirmed, this amount is non-refundable. 

• More than 59 days before the retreat: 35% of the total amount is non-refundable. 

• Between 59 and 14 days before the retreat : 80% of the amount is non-refundable. 

• Less than 14 days before the retreat: 100% of the amount is non-refundable. 

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant (subject to organizer approval).

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments made will be fully refunded. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant upon prior approval.

Dietary Requirements & Itinerary Changes​

• Dietary requirements can be accommodated if communicated at least 30 days before departure. 

• The itinerary and activities are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Important Considerations

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but not included in the retreat package. ​

• Transfers from/to your home address are not included.
