12:30-13:00 - Arrival at Domaine Les Crayères for lunch at Le Parc

15:30-16:00 - Transfer to accommodation, check-in (house in Reims)
Accommodation in a townhouse, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom, with shared living spaces and kitchen.
16:30-19:00 - Painting session.
19:00 - 19:30 - Time to refresh.
19:30-20:00 - Transfer to dinner (either walk or in case of poor weather, by car).
20:00-22:00 - Dinner in a classic French restaurant (fixed menu and wine included).

Payment Details

200€ - payment upon booking - to confirm your interest.

Once we have 8 participants, we'll send a confirmation email with an invitation to pay a 35% non-refundable deposit to secure the spot (35% of 2490€ = 871.50€ - 200€ = 671.50€ ).

End of February = 45% pre-payment = 1,120.50€ (non-refundable).

2 weeks before 23/04 = remaining payment = 20% = 498€ (non-refundable).

The deposits made according to the schedule above are non-refundable.

Only guests 18+ are welcome to the retreat.

Non-Painting Guests: If you wish to attend with a partner who will not participate in the painting sessions, please contact us for a tailored rate.
Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel after paying the 200€ booking payment and before the group is confirmed, this amount is non-refundable.

More than 59 days before the retreat (before February 23 - April 8, 2026): 35% of the total amount is non-refundable.

Between 59 and 14 days before the retreat (February 23 - April 8, 2026): 80% of the amount is non-refundable.

Less than 14 days before the retreat (from April 9, 2026): 100% of the amount is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant (subject to organizer approval).

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments made will be fully refunded.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant upon prior approval.
Dietary Requirements & Itinerary Changes

Dietary requirements can be accommodated if communicated at least 30 days before departure.

The itinerary and activities are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Important Considerations

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but not included in the retreat package.
